I could not believe a veiw that was posted, mention that they would not send a dog to this place, however it's true. They are not helping their patients to get better but get them ready to die. They don't answer the ring side assists bell , don't wash them and don't monitor their dietary schedule. This is like an hospice more than an nursing home. If you wanted to have your love one not to suffer in agony. Take care of them yourself. Help them by loving them and give them your time.

I have seen to events with this group of people and both where amazing. The staff treated all the residents so good. I was impressed. Also impressed with the amount of love I saw given to each resident. It felt like one big family. So amazing.

KATHY GILLIAM MAY 2024 All and all I truly had a good stay. After being home a few days, I wish I could have stayed. If wasn't for my 2 furbabies or spending my son's his inherent. I WOULD RATHER GO BACK. I CAN'T SPEAK FOR ALL THERE. THEY HAVE IMPROVED IT SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHEN I WAS IN THERE IN 2013. HOPE THIS WILL MAKE THEM TO MAKE IT A 5 STAR.

Wouldn’t send a dead dog here ! Not everyone is the same, nike , keisha , n rosa , ashley .. n a few more were great also sharon W . Krystal the ones i had contact with were pretty ok! But in all seriousness the higher ups or what ever their title !! Is a no, i know this will be deleted . They dont like to listen or hold themselves accountable and dont like to fix issues that were brought to their attention. Im disappointed . 20 days of nothing!

Unsanitary and my mother would have died if we did not request transport to hospital. She had a blockage and they ignored our concerns. Filed a complaint with department of health and insurance.
