Every time I go to MedHelp Pelham the people there are so very nice whether I have an appointment or not. Dr Wever is always a pleasure but his nursing staff is outstanding. Everywhere should take care of their patients this way. That is why I use them.

What a friendly staff here. Shout out to Taccara for doing a great job. Dr Wever always makes me feel that he has as much time to spend with me as I need. Great place all around.

I appreciate Dr. Weaver’s kindness, but my experience has been frustrating. I first visited on November 15 while extremely sick and was told my illness was contagious, yet no clear diagnosis could be made because only a nasal swab was performed. I continued to feel ill for two weeks, briefly improved, then became even worse. When I went to another urgent care in Hoover, they performed a throat swab and immediately identified strep. This makes me question why a throat swab wasn’t done during my initial visit, as it appears I may have had strep the entire time. This has been a difficult, drawn-out illness, and I’m disappointed that it wasn’t caught sooner.

Dr. Weaver is the very best! He has been my doctor for several years. Caring and compassionate. Because of his diligent effort, he was part of the team that saved my life.

Worst urgent care to go to! The staff is so rude! Everybody there acts like they hate their jobs! The nurses are the worst and the front desk wasn’t much better! Don’t go here!!
