Eminence Urgent Care

My experience here was extremely unpleasant. I came in with significant pain hoping to get answers, but I left in tears. From the very beginning, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. Before I was even examined, I was told to “go home and take ibuprofen” and that I would be given a work excuse. This was said before the provider had even touched or evaluated me. As I began to feel discouraged and tried to gather myself, the provider asked me, “What did you expect me to do?” That comment felt very unprofessional and dismissive of the pain I was experiencing. Eventually she said they could do an X-ray, but by that point I was already extremely disappointed with how the situation had been handled and asked if I could just leave. My pcp is next door to eminence. If I can't get in to them, I go next door. The staff is incredible, friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses are great and the Dr/PA are wonderful. The best walk in around.

While the speed and care were very well done, they charged $400 for an antigen test. We’ve gotten plenty of antigen tests over the years and never had one been anywhere near $400. We’ll probably never go here again.

We have had several visits now and every time they have been incredibly kind, provided excellent care, and are exceptionally timely. This is the only urgent care we go to now. We’ve lived in Pelham for over a decade so we’ve been to every urgent care here, and Eminence is by far the best.

I took my son to Eminence on 8/3/25. It was our very first time to visit and from the time we walked in to the time we walked out it was only 45 minutes. We came in contact with 3 different women - the receptionist, the MA, and the NP. Everyone was so kind. We saw Erika, NP and she listened to everything I said and spent time with us. The facility was very nice and clean. We had a great experience! The very next day, NP Erika called me to check on my son. That phone call was so kind and meant so much to me. I feel like Eminence is just a higher standard of care. We had a great experience and I won’t hesitate to go back!
