I had a great experience as a new patient. The practice is welcoming, the hygienist was meticulous during the examination (which is HUGE). Dr. Kentros did a thorough exam and explained any questions. I feel confident in my future visits regarding my dental care.

I had a bit of an emergency recently — the bottom half of my denture plate suddenly broke, which, as you can imagine, was pretty embarrassing. I called Pelham Dental in a panic and was amazed they were able to work me in the same day, even on one of their busiest days. From the moment I walked in, the front office team was incredible — so friendly, genuinely understanding, and respectful. They never made me feel judged or less-than because I wear dentures. Everyone treated me with real kindness and dignity. Even though the nurses were clearly swamped, they took the time to make sure I felt cared for.
