MEDcare Urgent Care - Columbia Spring Valley

Staff was absolutely wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and assisted with check in with ease. The triage nurse was all smiles, very friendly, and gentle. The doctor on staff was also very pleasant, took her time and listened to our concerns and answered all of my questions. If my family needs care again,we will be back. Thanks for caring for your patients with care and compassion.

Had a bout of terrible poison ivy that overwhelmed me. Everyone was so kind and helpful, from intake, to the techs, and medical providers, and checkout. Everyone was great! Ms. Monae was awesome, she asked all the right questions, has a great bedside manner. The nurse who helped me was so incredibly impressive, warm, helpful and knowledgeable and gave sound advice. Everyone did their part for me to receive the care I needed quickly. Compassionate care is a practice with this team, not a slogan. I had a great experience with everyone...and y'all know that doesn't happen in a lot of medical establishments so this was a gem for me to find. I wish I obtained the names of the ladies sitting at the front desk because they were very welcoming, as well as the lady who took my blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature because she was thorough. This was absolutely THE BEST experience at this location I've ever encountered. I don't know if it is possible, but I highly recommend everyone ask for Dr. David. This doctor sees, listens, and educates his patients. He seems to firmly believe that through patient education it encourages them to make healthier choices and choosing better options. Dr. David, thank you for answering all my questions and teaching me how to better care for my body when it comes to hydration, electrolytes, and RBC. My family and I appreciate you!

The people there were very kind! I went in at the end of their day and they were still kind and patient with me! NP Alinda was quick and very nice - warm! She knew what she was talking about… hopefully i don’t need another urgent care visit but if so it’ll be this location for sure! ! The front desk ladies were so sweet too!

My visit went very smoothly and efficiently. The doctor and staff were highly knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and paid close attention to detail. I felt genuinely cared for, and the level of patient treatment was excellent. They identified and addressed an issue I wasn’t even aware of, which truly made a difference in my care.
