MEDcare Urgent Care - Columbia Garners Ferry

Dr. Prince is a very knowledgeable doctor. His demeanor shows that he cares and is very concerned about the wellbeing of the patient. I appreciate his professionalism. The nurse that drew my blood was also amazing. She was very friendly and experienced. Thanks to everyone to include the front desk staff for making my visit pleasant.

I walked into urgent care, feeling absolutely terrible and was greeted by the receptionist, did my paperwork and was in and out within 45 minutes. It was a great time management situation and I was glad I was able to be seen abruptly and sent my medications over to my pharmacy so that I can start feeling better. The staff was well mannered and courteous, and I was very appreciative of not sitting around for hours waiting to be seen if I had gone to an emergency room.

I showed up 5 mins before they closed. Not only did they tell me to come in but no one had an attitude, everyone was nice, and they quickly got us in and out. I really appreciate the team for looking out. Prisma most definitely closed their doors early and walked out the building at least 10 mins before close time 🙄 Thank You Medicare team for checking my baby out for me last minute.

Great experience for my first time. Doctor's, front staff, nurses, and everyone there was so nice and professional. Nurse Practitioner, K. Robinson was absolutely amazing. She has a great personality, will keep you laughing even when you don't feel your best, and takes good care of her patients. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the wait times after you secure a spot online. It doesn't make sense to already wait from the time you secure the spot to the time you arrive and walk-ins still get seen first. That screen said 5-20 minutes for like an hour. My appointment was secured since noonish for a 3:30pm appointment. I should've been called back once I walked in, otherwise it's no point in securing ahead of time. Also, not a big fan of the screen with everyone's name on it. They should do

Dr. Koon and his staff were outstanding. I don’t remember my nurse’s name from last night but she was fantastic. I think I was experiencing some anxiety and she recognized it and did a great job helping me calm down. Dr. Koon’s bedside manner was exceptional.
