I have been going to Dr. Popa for at least five years now and she is the best doctor I’ve ever ever gone to including her staff everything I wouldn’t switch her for anything very sorrow and they take care of all my diseases that I have to have checked constantly. this is a doctor. I need excellent excellent all of her staff

Dr. Payne is a phenomenal primary care physician as well as providing urgent care at this facility (and other MedCare locations). He truly takes pride in understanding his patients and their history, and it shows in the quality of care he provides. Highly recommend.

Commiting Fraud. Do not get your immigration exam here, it will be denied because the Dr is not a certified civil surgeon. I’ve tried so hard to get back the $598 that was charged for this exam and they will not get back to you and when you ask for the manager they state she is not in office or they will pass along the message. I’ve already reported this to the better business bureau, department of health, medical state board of ohio and multiple news agencies. Stop taking peoples money for services you are not legally qualified to do. Also their doctors have many legal cases they are charged of so if you come here please go somewhere else. Who knows if their licenses are even active

New to Cleveland area and needed new Primary and a referral to cardiologist. Daughter in law suggested this service as she had used them previously. Called ahead of making an appointment to make sure of insurance coverage and was assured they were covered under my policy (UHC Advantage). On arrival I was not impressed...area around building and parking was weedy and had trash in some areas. Waiting area bare and utilitarian at best. Showed insurance card to receptionist who took it and entered info into computer and returned it to me. When called I was led to scales and then to small room where temperature, pulse, blood pressure, lab blood samples were taken. Blood pressure cuff applied to forearm and machine turned on....ran up to 190/112....and stayed there for an extended, very u

Went to them as walk in for blood pressure issues and I now use them as my primary care! Staff is wonderful! They manage my medications beautifully and are always available. Love them!
