Medallus Urgent Care Holladay

Went in to the medallus urgent care in holiday for a pre employment drug screen, I came in at 11:20, it's currently 11:50am and I still have t been seen! I was told it wasnt going to be that long! All I hear in the back office are the nurses laughing and talking and doesn't seem to be in too much of a hurry to get ppl back and seen? Definitely will be my last visit to this location for sure!

Office was very efficient and moved people through pretty fast. the staff was friendly and very comforting. i was here in vacation and pretty sick. they took good care of me and have even followed up with me after my visit. i highly recommend in a time of need.

I went to my usual urgent care, and because I recently elected into a specific plan with my otherwise in-network insurance, I was turned away. After waiting 45 minutes and being an intense pain from an infection, I thought I was going to miss my chance to see any urgent care clinic that day. Luckily i was able to be seen by Medallus and not only were their employees Much more competent at the front desk, they were kind and helpful in ways that the other clinics were not. The NPs were very attentive and listened to my needs and gave me immediate attention. No wait time.

Very nice staff. Everything felt like it went pretty quickly. I like that they have X-rays already there in case it’s needed, which it actually wasn’t this time around. Will be using this clinic again.

I’m from out of town and needed medical attention that could not wait until I retuned home. The staff was exceptional in assisting me get checked in, reviewed, and examined with professionalism and care. All within a 30 minutes. Competent medical teamwork! I left with needed prescription for my ailment. Thank you for a job well done!
