Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my last visit. The person working on my teeth was a bit rough, and it was pretty uncomfortable for me. Also, I’ve been told a few times that I’d be getting my braces off at the next visit, but it hasn’t happened yet, which has been frustrating. I completely understand that these things can take time, but I’d really appreciate some clarity on the timeline. Other than that, everything else has been great, and I appreciate all the work you do!

They listen to my concerns (airway, sleep, clenching & jaw popping) and offer treatment/solution for the issue. They are also kind and patient with my kids. The staff are wonderful too.
