MedAccess Urgent Care - Roxboro

I went after a fall and I was sent for exrays. It was a few days before Christmas holidays. I have as of January 1st heard from the X-ray results. I tried to call but I have not gotten a response. On December 31 , I had an appointment with Duke Sports for a trigger finger, I asked would they look my wrist and I have 2 hair line fractures. I know MedAcess is probably very busy with flu but I feel they should have contacted me or sent a letter in mail . The care I received is not acceptable. I really never give a negative review , highly disappointed with my experience.

So my son has the flu and we wanted to have him seen asap on a Sunday morning. The hours listed was from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. When we arrived at 10 am, we found out that they opened from 8:00 am to 4 pm! We would have come at 8am if the hours were actually posted! There seems to be little accountability to this has the lady at the front desk seems to know and said there have been many complaints. Please fix your hours on the website for clarity!

Got here at Urgent Care around 11am. Still waiting for to be seen by a doctor. It's now almost 2pm. This has been our WORST waiting time at Urgent Care! I even stopped by on Friday to see if I coul make an appointment for Sunday after church & was told NO! Do not take appointments!!! Walk Ins Only! UGH!!!!!

This was always the best urgent care in this area, no longer true. I went today with severe Covid symptoms. Used an old test at home but just wanted to be rechecked. They refused to give me a Covid test, said my old one was fine. The PA said to me “ well, what do you want from me?” Waste of time and $.

My husband and I have been here several times and I have never been disappointed. The front office, nurses and doctors have always been so kind and knowledgable. The facility is always clean and wait has never been too long. They were kind enough to see my husband today even though it was close to closing time, he dropped something on his foot/toe and was in need of medical attention. Prevented us from having to drive to the ER, We really appreciate it and Highly recommend this place.
