Mr Kabous is like talking to a zombie. Not very helpful. Has made mistakes with me several times. I could go on and on. His staff is very friendly and do their job. My doctor ordered oxygen for me and he didn’t want to deliver it to me. I told my dr. And finally he did but when delivery came he didn’t send any tubing or how many liters I should be on when he had all information from my doctor. No instructions for me about the oxygen machine at all. Most always made me upset.once I asked him about a different face mask for my cpap and his reply was no use this one “ it’s the one I use” I didn’t like the one I had but he didn’t want to accommodate me.

Eli and the crew constantly go out of their way to explain the pharmaceuticals and the up and downs of the meds and very kind. Won't go to another pharmacy. They treat you like family

Ive had horrible service with them.my portables dont work except maybe 20 minutes they replaced battery no help so they don't know. When my main machine need's service they want me to bring it in. They dont deliver hoses i have to go after them..not satisfied at all

Horrible customer service, they do not deliver and do not want to give canulas to the people that use oxygen. They didn't want to come and get it so started to charge me an ungodly amount for it. I told them medicare would pay but they refused to send them an invoice and now they want to sue me.

Very helpful! The staff is very nice. I got what I needed super fast. I highly recommend coming here!
