My first visit today and I was very pleased with the staff! They were courteous, understanding and very willing to help! I'm very thankful to find a great place for care..I recommend for anyone that needs a good Dr that will listen and help you they best way they can..shouts out to Nicki for being so polite and going the extra mile to help me..The staff was wonderful, couldn't ask for anything better!

Although the wait was longer than I’d want, the care I received more than made up for it. The nurse was so sweet and caring and she made me laugh, and the doctor, along with her dog’s visit, made me feel very seen and heard. I had many concerns, and she addressed every one of them. As she was leaving, she asked me if I had any more concerns. She was amazing!

I have been a patient here for over a year now. Dr Biggs is always thorough, kind, and sincere. The whole staff here is wonderful! Everyone is very caring and considerate. What we all deserve especially when we don't feel the best.

Excellent care! I made the appointment for one reason and by the time I got there, I had several issues. Angela took the time necessary to address. All my concerns helped me alleviate some problems and took an interest in my personal care. I was really hoping to find someone who would work with me as a team and it was a great experience. Thank you.

Angela is extremely dismissive. I know my body, and I know when I’m congested versus when something is actually wrong. Despite this, she told me I did not have an ear infection—only for it to be confirmed later that I absolutely did. On top of that, she prescribed Mucinex, that is not recommended for pregnant women. Even the pharmacist warned me that she personally would not take it. I was nine months pregnant, miserable, and desperate for relief. After waiting all that time, I left with no help—just a bill. This was not my first negative experience with Angela, and each visit has been unpleasant, but this was the final straw. A provider should know what is and is not safe to prescribe to a pregnant patient.
