Med First Primary & Urgent Care- Lillington

Since Mr Barry left and this place switched over, this place has gone to crap. Went in their yesterday for my wife and almost all the old people are gone. Now I see why. The receptionist was unable to pull up my insurance but yet I went somewhere else right away and they were able to pull up my insurance no problem. Then the receptionists have attitude and kept slamming the glass window shut. I used to come to this place as primary care but since Barry left we have not been going. Decided to try it yesterday. Well since the insurance issue we went to urgent care. Urgent care was able to help us right away and was much nicer. Will never go to Edgewater again.

They were my doctors first a long time and I moved to Fuquay abd I change doctors. But I just moved back to Angier and I came back I love this clinic. Dr Reyes is the bomb and everyone is very nice. I came to them years ago and while I was there my chest started feeling funny and they did an EKG and my blood pressure was thru the roof. They called an ambulance which took me to the hospital where I found out I have a blockage in one of my arteries. So yes this place saved my life. So yes I gave them a 5 because they deserve it. I see this place has a 2.5 star rating which is a surprise for me. I just went there yesterday for the first time and I was a walk-in. I was there maybe 10 minutes before being called into the back. All-in-all I was maybe there about an hour and a half before I was leaving. They were quick and I even got my blood results back on a Saturday morning instead of a Monday like I was originally told. They've gone above and beyond and I'm happy with my service.

The service was quick. The staff including the frond desk and, nurse were very kind and respectful. The doctor Shelby Tinney is flexible with scheduling options. I didn't feel rushed out the door, and, I felt she did a good job listening.

Went in for sanford dermatology! Con: - The wait is horrendous, - The waiting room is small and did not feel sanitary - Customer service just wasn't at the forefront - when called in, gave basic data asked to strip down and then left waiting for almost 20 minutes. At the 10 min mark, got cold, I just put my clothes back on Pro - dermatology doctor was very knowledgeable and professional when seen - I like the exit through the back method (allows for more privacy)
