We absolutely love Madison! She takes such amazing care of my son, and he always feels so comfortable with her. At our last visit, he even got to “listen” to her baby bump! The sweetest moment that shows how caring and genuine she is with her patients. We feel so lucky to have found a pediatrician who treats us with such kindness, patience, and so much heart. We just moved here in January 2025 and I was nervous about finding a new pediatrician for our 1 year old daughter. We chose premiere pediatrics and I couldn’t be happier. I really feel like we are always listened to with any concerns. Our questions are always answered and we never feel like the Dr is rushing us out. We’ve had sick appts and well and those have been met with the same care. We have been able to get same day appts when our little girl isn’t feeling well and everyone we’ve come in contact with has been fantastic. I know whenever we come to the office our girl is going to get the best care.

I have been coming to Premiere Pediatrics since the day my child was born (years now) and on the way to a last-minute visit this week, I told my husband how I hoped we would always find an office like this with such a family feel that has exceptional care. We are a military family and I choose to visit Premiere Pediatrics rather than using military facilities. The doctors, nurses, and staff here are truly what parents dream of when finding a pediatrician. They are caring, understanding, patient, thoughtful, intelligent, and thorough. Any parent knows that there will be multiple office visits for random things that pop up throughout the year. As a new parent, I never felt judged for seeking a last-minute appointment and I always trust the judgment and recommendations of our doctors. Typica

First thing they told me and my wife when we went in the back with our newborn is they "think it's best we find a provider that aligns with our philosophy" because we didn't want to inject our baby with vaccines or unnecessary medication. We weren't nasty, they weren't nasty, but his one and only checkup wasn't handled with care/humanity. Very robotic The front desk lady is the best thing about the place. She's sweet and nice, but I can't give a better rating to a place that demands you inject heavy metals into your baby and screw him up in the name of "science/medicine".

We absolutely love Dr. Vurnakes and the staff at Premiere! They are kind, patient, and really listen to the concerns we bring up. We truly feel lucky to have such a great pediatric team.
