Carolina QuickCare - Lillington Urgent Care

Arrived at this urgent care at 6:55 p.m., just over an hour before the 8:00 p.m. closing, seeking evaluation and treatment for dehydration related to an ongoing flu illness. What followed was a prolonged and unnecessary exchange with Olivia Meltione, NP, during which repeated advisement was given to go to the emergency room for IV fluids—a service this facility is equipped to provide—despite the clinic being open and capable of treating patients at that time. Again, I explained that I am immunocompromised and that my condition warranted IV hydration. Early in the encounter, Olivia Meltione, NP, stated that “if you’re that sick, you should go to the ER.” Clarification was sought as to whether this meant leaving to wait in an emergency department for IV fluids that could be administered on

This urgent care is the best I’ve ever been to in all my years. They allow me to schedule appointments so I’m not waiting too long in the waiting room. Outstanding staff too to bottom. And they are so friendly!! Highly recommended. How cute is this sign??

I had my very first visit this evening. I used the website to schedule a place holder appointment & was able to go ahead and submit all identification ahead of time. This made the check-in process very seamless. I’m not sure what her name was, but the receptionist that was working tonight was very nice and super helpful! Preston Aley and Dr. Drew Williams were both very pleasant to work with. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly instead of spending hours waiting around. Lovely experience, 10 out of 10 recommend!

We took our daughter to urgent care for a school health assessment and the entire experience was wonderful. They worked us in the same day and every staff member was incredibly kind and patient. They interacted so well with our kids and made them feel comfortable the whole time. The visit was quick and never felt rushed. We truly appreciated their professionalism and the care they showed our family. Highly recommend!

Respectful receptionist. Took care of my needs. I was there one hour, about the same amount of time I would have been at my normal doctor office. Differenc is, I saved over a hundred and fifty dollars and I feel I got the same care. Thank you Quick Care for looking out for the people that can't afford health insurance right now.
