There was loud strange, ambient elevator, music playing in the main area which makes me understand why everyone all left that area and we’re consistently back giggling together and there was also no one waiting besides myself myself and my husband (bonus), However, when they took me back, I already suspected that I had some medical issues and I’ve never seen a nurse(?) I’m new to N.C I went to get checked up everything was nice and quiet the staff was cool & Dr.Betty is such a sweetheart very caring and I loved that especially for it to be my first time there she cares like as if your family we all need that one doctor that’s like that a great way to make you feel comfortable about going to the doctors 😌

Dr. Andrea Flores has been one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, she showed a genuine interest in my overall well-being and made it clear that she truly cares about her patients. Her compassionate, attentive approach made me feel seen and heard—something that’s rare to find in healthcare these days. What stood out most was that Dr. Flores sees the person, not just a number. Her thoughtful care and ability to connect on a human level is something I deeply appreciated and will never forget. Unfortunately, I’ve since moved away from Chapel Hill, and now live an hour away, otherwise I would absolutely continue seeing her. I highly recommend Dr. Flores to anyone looking for a doctor who is both professional and kindhearted. We need more doctors like her in the world.
