Horrible & swindler! Gave me papers yet no bills, no calls were sent out & no proof i was ever at this so called hospital& for what! No phone number to contact with to pay or discuss such bills. Also I'm very ocd & have all appointments in my phone calendar as to who & where & why are seen for appointments & these appointments aren't even there. Nor did I take my kids or husband to this hospital! So we are having to pay for a place we have never gone or had any appointments with! We go to a complete different dr for the kids & VA for us! Now there's no POC to talk to, or pay on-line or by phone. Worst place ever! Do not recommend these crooks! They should be shut down!

Went to er for chest pains on 2/9/23. Waited 4 hours to see a Dr. Went to reception desk and asked how long. They said it could be another 3 hours so I asked to leave and the receptionist said she could release me and I left and went home. Six months later I got a bill from Hillcrest collection agency for overdue balance I knew nothing about and am trying yet to resolve. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

This is the worst Hospital. I’m 17 week’s pregnant waited 4 hours to call me in . I waited in the room 1 hour for the Dr never show up i told the nurse i was leaving she says i had to sign a paper the Dr Told her it was fine i could leave. I got to the hospital at 9 got out without seing a Dr at 2 am . They don’t care if you go there they just want the money 💰 with out taking care of the patients that Dr was so unprofessional if you don’t like the job just don’t be a Dr. I just hope everything is ok with my Baby.

BEWARE!!!!!!! 10 hour ER visit. Spoke to 3 nurses. One time each. One took me to a room. One took time to X-ray and one hooked me to an IV, Not other visits from medical staff. I eventually just left because I couldn’t find anyone to help, give me up dates, anything. I left and called them to get the results of the X-ray, “I can’t give you those you didn’t discharge”. So that was that. They have about 35631 billing departments and half of them had my address wrong half had it right. So I didn’t know I had anything due until the credit agency got it. Unwilling to work with me on the bill, the medcenter doesn’t care about the quality of service “or lack there of”. I’d sooner allow a back alley methhead give me medical care before these people. I went through a over 7 hour surgery on the front and back of my neck. Dr Nathoo was my surgeon. My experience was exceptional. All the Doctors and Nurses were good to me and tried to manage my pain the best they could. I would recommend MCH to anyone who needs Surgey.
