MD Now Urgent Care - West Tamarac

The entire team here at MD Now Urgent Care was fantastic from front desk staff to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. They really thoroughly explained everything and took great care of me when I couldn't get in to see my doctor. The facility was very clean. I do think they probably go a bit overboard with the cleaning sprays because it was making me want to cough with how much was in the air. But, hey!! At least you know they clean right?! I was in and out under about 45mins. I was surprisingly the only patient in for the morning. Typically urgent cares have a line outside the door at opening. So it was nice to be seen lickity split. I had a great experience at MD Now! The front desk staff, Iquiishq, was very welcoming and professional. Medical Assistant Lucy was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Thank you both for the excellent care and service!

I’m so very relieved right now. I was so sick and getting very tired. Civil was very kind, professional, intelligent and really, really listened. She took her time . I was seen and heard. She prescribed meds and I’m already feeling better. She was wonderful. The MA inside was also very helpful , kind, courteous and professional . The front desk young lady needs to polish up on her manners. People arrive and they are confused by the way she gives instructions. She seems bored yet doesn’t want to break up the boredom by simply greeting each client when they arrive, or by giving clear instructions and holding up the placard that we need to scan. This urgent care was great! A quick in and out process and the team inside was absolutely amazing! They answered all my questions and more and Iquiisha at the front was so sweet and detailed at explaining how the forms work for me! 10/10 experience for sure!

An amazing human greeted and helped me get my registration complete at reception. She was a gem. Pleasant, compassionate and efficient. The doctor was pleasant and listen to my complaints. The medical assistant however treated me in such a cold manner. She seemed disgruntled and angry and annoyed to be a work. Interesting that while in the room (which was right infront of her desk) she was at her desk cackling with the doctor but can’t be at least more professional/pleasant with people who are ill and spending money to keep her employed. This place is too expensive… $199.
