MD Now Urgent Care - West Pembroke Pines

I had such an amazing experience at MD Now in West Pembroke Pines! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. Dr. Mushtag was outstanding very knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. A huge thank you as well to Estella, Samantha, and Kimberley. They were all so friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they truly made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. Checked in online and filled out the necessary paperwork for my visit. I arrived and waited no more than 30 minutes to be seen. The staff was very professional and friendly and I had my medical issue addressed. This is the third time using this facility and I’ve always been satisfied.

First, I just want to say I’ve visited MD Now Urgent Care a few times, and this was by far my best experience yet. I would honestly drive all the way out west just to see Dr. Emmanuel Garcia and Registered Nurse Estella again. Their professionalism, kindness, and gentle care truly stood out. They made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Hands down, one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided.

Really good experience all around, from check in to time to be seen. Great experience with the doctor here. Was short visit but I felt like she was thorough and listened to me. Will def go back (but hopefully not for a long time 😵‍💫)
