What a great experience! No one wants to go the doctor, but if you have to go quickly, the team of Patti, Keshia and Kimberly are the ones to help! Kind, compassionate and caring best describes this all-girl office this morning! Respected me and my issues, assured me they heard me and were going to help and support me! I hope ‘when’ I have to go back for any walk-in appointment, they are there to put me at ease and manage my care. Thank you!

My second time coming to urgent care and it's been good ...clean fast efficient polite decent care when I spent my entire day trying to get care from my pulmonary his office was totally unresponsive? My primary care said calling in drug but just said this nothing done ..I am glad I can get care at MD Now Urgent Care so thank you saw a male nurse practitioner and he was polite and caring explained why he was giving me different drug then I had expected

Clean and welcoming facility. Roger is an excellent member of the MD Now team. Very professional and thorough—helped expedite screening with ease.

My wife and I both went to the walk-in clinic today. We got to see Paula. She is very nice very understanding and explains in depth. The check-in staff was very nice at the front counter. Also, the girl that brought us back was very polite. Very nice.

On my first visit I felt comfortable and well treated. Unfortunately I was not getting better and returned a few days later At that point the communication was very poor. I asked for a call from the provider and no one call the entire day. I asked to have a prescription filled and they never called it in. Very bad service after first diagnosis
