Warm and inviting wait room, friendly receptionist, caring medical staff who treated my elderly mom with respect. Fast test results and follow up making sure we understood results. All staff made us comfortable and encouraged us to reach out if we had any more questions or if condition worsens. Excellent experience all around. Kudos!

Do not go to this place. I came here because of severe back pain. They charged me, took me to a room, and then I had to wait around 60–70 mins. because there is only one doctor for all the patients. Eventually, I had to leave because another urgent patient was brought in by ambulance, and there was no way to be seen anytime soon. This company expects one doctor to handle everyone while they keep charging people. They clearly care more about making money than about their doctors or their patients. If I go to urgent care and, I expect prompt treatment, even for something as simple as an injection. It was a very bad experience, especially while I was in so much pain. Completely unacceptable

I love coming to this Urgent Care location! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have to wait for a very long time, and the physician on duty is always helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable. I so appreciate the staying safe and healthy tips I receive when coming here! Love, Sheila

Staff was extremely polite. The nurse with the piercings was so sweet and made us feel very relaxed. She was professional and very comforting. The receptionist, Ms. Tonya I believe, gave my son crayons and was very accommodating when he became fussy. The doctor was understanding as well. Love it. That’s my urgent care now.

Excellent prompt service. Very efficient Doctor. She got right to the problem and provided the help I needed. Assistants were on point! Receptionist very pleasant. Highly recommended.
