The wait time was long but I think they were short staffed. Doctor was responsive to my concerns, resolved some of the main issues and prescribed accordingly; his assistant, Romina was lovely and answered all my questions. The triage nurse was very friendly too! Friendly staff and great service. Thank you!

Best person to see is Trevor Portiner …I recently visited this urgent care and had a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was polite, efficient, and helped me get checked in quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and even though urgent care can be busy, my wait time was reasonable and they kept me updated. The nurses and provider listened carefully to my concerns, asked good questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They made sure I felt comfortable, took my symptoms seriously, and went over my treatment options before doing anything. Place was clean and welcoming. Front desk person greets you with a smile. Wasn't there more than 15-20mins before I was called to the back and saw doctor. The nurse was kind, friendly and attentive to my needs. The doctor was also attentive and kind, listen to my symptoms; diagnosed me & sent my meds. He also engaged in conversation while putting in my prescription & Wished me all. I didn't just feel like another number. The checkout can be better. There was nobody at the checkout side when exiting. Someone should inform you that your paperwork will be sent via the app. However, I will make them my choice should I need service again. On Sunday, 02/08/2026, I brought my child to this location due to a severe and persistent cough that makes it difficult for him to breathe and causes significant chest pain, with constant coughing day and night. He was seen by Dr. Edward Roberts, who only prescribed Medrol. We started the medication the same day, and my child is now worse, not better. Today I called the clinic seeking basic medical guidance: I simply asked if the doctor on duty could review the prescription and confirm whether it was appropriate or recommend an alternative, since my child’s primary care appointment is a week away and his condition has worsened.
