MDNow has always been there for me in a pinch, always fast, attentive and accommodating. From calling on the phone and having my questions answered right away, to immediate service at a physical location; I am always met with the best service and care from the professional and charismatic staff. Thanks especially to the front desk attendant, miss Galia is very efficient and kind and answered all of my questions and helped us get checked in right away, my family and I will definitely continue to visit. 🙏

I was in Miami to head out on a cruise. I started feeling off and knew I needed meds before I headed out. The staff was so helpful and kind. The space was clean and welcoming. They listened to my concerns, made excellent recommendations, and even found me the closest pharmacy! So easy. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any medical office. I went in on January 4, 2026, and the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made it clear they didn’t want to deal with me. The woman checking me in acted irritated because I spoke English, and she was openly rude and dismissive. It really felt like if I had spoken Spanish, I would have been treated with basic respect. I was told to pay a $50 deductible, which I paid right there. Two weeks later, I suddenly get hit with an extra $175 charge because of a “$250 deductible” they never bothered to mention. This is either incompetence or negligence, and now I’m stuck dealing with their mistake. Excellent service with a very courteous staff. The doctor was professional, providing concise and accurate care. The clinic is well-maintained and offers convenient parking. This experience was far superior to the Biscayne Blvd office.
