MD Now Urgent Care - Jupiter

All Staff members are helpful, kind, courteous and patient! Both PA’s Barbara and Dean are knowledgeable, have a great bedside manner about them and listen to you as you describe your symptoms! They are both awesome. I have a very good primary care doctor yet, I am very far from her office in Lantana. I now go to MD NOW whenever I have any minor health care concerns! I had a great experience at this urgent care. I scheduled my visit online, and the registration process was quick and easy. There was no wait time when I arrived, and every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and genuinely kind. Even though I wasn’t feeling my best, they made the whole visit completely tolerable. They were also able to fill my prescription on-site, which was incredibly convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here for any urgent need.

We had to visit this urgent care twice within the same week—first for my older daughter and then, four days later, for my younger daughter. Unfortunately, both were diagnosed with the flu. That said, this was truly the a great urgent care experience we could have hoped for. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were brought back in a very timely manner both visits. Gwen at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and our medical assistant, Destiny, was absolutely wonderful—so personable and great with my daughters. She was efficient and thorough, testing for flu, strep, and COVID to cover all the bases. On our second visit, she even remembered us and commented on my younger daughter’s earrings, noting they matched her older sister’s—which they did! That small detail meant a lot. PA Dean Lieb

MD now offers consistent professional high level medical diagnosis and treatment. The waiting time is never an issue, the medical staff if skilled and friendly. Very convenient medical attention at one finger tip. Thank you very much!

Stoped here with some Unknown upper respiratory crud. Did all of the registration stuff online; got a very accurate read on wait time. Only waited for about 10 minutes, seen by a pleasant member of staff immediately. Dean Lieberman, one of the PA, was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. Dean ruled out COVID and flu, we had a good conversation about antibiotics— not helpful for viral stuff and I was on my way. Let’s see about the billing stuff but five stars for the experience so far!
