Highly recommend this urgent care! Literally everybody that works here, including the front staff, the nurses, the doctors, they are amazing. They actually care about you and wanna make sure that you are OK and you leave feeling like you know what is going on. I’ve come here twice now on two separate occasions and they’ve always gone above and beyond and always checking up after me after I’ve left. Highly, highly recommend in any situation you’re in.

This facility is so clean and neat! The staff is sooooo nice and everyone is welcoming. These are the healthcare staff that needs to be recognized for their outstanding service and care. I was so glad this was convenient fast, and the staff was super friendly! I was in and out and reassured quickly. I felt like they were thorough!

I feel bad leaving a low review. The staff were great. I got an Uber here for an X-ray for a suspected broken bone. No X-ray tech today!!! Had to get an uber back home without any clear diagnosis. (Their “sister” clinic is 30 minutes away. Way too far/expensive to uber.) I would think X-ray is one of the most common reasons why people go to urgent care. Really frustrated!

I had a great experience at urgent care of Clearwater on US 19. The process was smooth and stress free. The medical staff was right on point. They accessed my condition and had me good to go in less than 30 minutes.
