I called the doctors office to schedule my son a sick appointment and I got Carrington on the line, she immediately understood how important this app was and squeezed him in. She was super patient and nice. She helped update all of his information in the computer, explained self pay prices, and sent forms to my phone to expedite his care once I arrived. She was courteous and professional the entire time. Once arrived I was greeted by her at the door and told to come finish checking in where she took my payment and answered any remaining questions. Carrington went above and beyond yesterday to make sure this mama had peace of mind.

Absolutely love Dr Jason Smalley! He is the only doctor I have or will ever use for my daughter's health care needs. He is one of the rare ones left. The kind that truly care for the patient over their own pocket book. Which is the absolute most important factor when choosing a doctor who is caring for my whole world my entire heart being held iin someone else's hands. I have no regrets with my choice in Dr. Smalley and neither will you!

I am not one to ever post reviews. If I have to give a compliment it will be done directly. However, I have been coming to this practice with all of my boys since 2016 (after a terrible experience at Beaumont Pediatric Center) and I have never been anywhere else. Dr. Stephen Ansel is one of the BEST pediatric Drs. I have ever encountered. He is polite, kind, knowledgeable and truly cares for my kids. I do not vaccinate, and he has always been so understanding about my personal choice regarding that for my kids. He even sits and talks with me about the pros and cons but never makes me feel bad (or judges me) for what I choose to do and not to do. If I ever go to an appointment and he is not available I use Dr. Black as a backup, who is just as great as Dr. Ansel. I highly recommend this

Sandy Nguyen is seriously the best! Every time I bring my daughter in, she lights up when she sees Sandy. She’s so gentle, patient, and makes my daughter feel comfortable even when she’s nervous. I really appreciate how Sandy explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and always makes sure we’re taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and puts her heart into her work. MD Kids Pediatrics is lucky to have her, and I always recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care for their kids.

I had a great experience at MD Kids Pediatrics. The doctor was very informational and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was patient, straightforward, and made the visit smooth and stress-free. There wasn’t a long wait, and I was highly satisfied with the level of care and service provided. I would definitely recommend them.
