M.D. Express Urgent Care - Hampton

Had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jessica, Taylor, and Jermice were especially helpful and made me feel like I was the only patient there. Truly awesome team!

Honestly I absolutely love MD express! id go to them before going to the normal ER. They genuinely care and they will do everything to make sure you are taken care of before you even leave the door and everyone in there is ridiculously nice!

Most amazing staff. Arrived at 8:53pm due to my son having an earring back stuck in his ear. They were SO welcoming, despite my apologies for showing up so late. Brittany is fantastic. 🩵

After the support staff at my PCP failed to inform my Dr of my needs I ended up here. I tend to demand good care or I will leave, on to another, I believe in standards for care. From the Reception to the Nurse to the Wonderful PA who treated me, I can only say how grateful and impressed I am. They were hands down a truly outstanding team...with a bedside manner to match, each seemed genuine in their concerns and happy to do their jobs. Thank you all.

I was bit by a tick and I received great care from Dr. Shawn Mitchell who was kind, helpful, through and helped remove the remaining part of the tick. I went mid-afternoon on a Thursday and a very short wait time. The service I received was professional, efficient and welcoming. If I need urgent care again, I won't hesitate to return.
