McManus, Todd OD And Associates

I just established with Dr McManus as I needed a new eye doctor after having moved back to the area. I was impressed by his availability to get me in quickly as a new patient. His front desk staff was courteous and helpful. He performed a thorough exam, explained things well, and was the most proactive optometrist I have had in terms of explaining possible risks associated with my particular eye features. I was very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend Dr. McManus!

I saw Dr. McManus today for my first visit, where I was greeted by a polite and pleasant staff. I actually arrived just in time for my appointment, so I cut into the actual appointment time filling out the typical first-time paperwork (oops!). Dr. McManus was asking great questions about my use of contacts that I wouldn't have thought to bring up (luckily, he did). He gave me some options that would help me not only financially, but the overall long term quality of my eyesight. I've been to quite a few optometrists and this was by far the most where the doctor was really engaged with trying to help me out and address any questions or concerns I had. Yes, the exam was fast (as one review here states), but really who wants to stare into a bright light for any longer than they need to? :) the

They got me in for an emergency the same day even though I wasn't an established patient. The staff is very nice and the doctor seems to genuinely care. They told me 7-10 days for my glasses and they were ready in 3!

I feel like it is this doctor's goal to make sure you need glasses. In fact they had us shopping for glasses before we were even seen by the doctor. His exam was quick and did not seem thorough.

Great and very attentive doctor and great eye care.
