Stonecreek Dental

I want to preface this by saying the staff at the Xenia office is wonderful and has always treated me with respect and care, but I have an issue with Stonecreek Dental as a practice. I've been going to this clinic for...I think well over a decade now, although the place wasn't always Stonecreek Dental, but a family-owned dental place. When the dentist retired, Stonecreek purchased and moved into the building. Every year, the place seems to be going downhill and the practice as a whole seems to focus more on overbooking and recommending expensive treatment plans for profit. Several times, I've been told I am close to having gum disease, although I have taken all of their recommendations, including using a PerioTray, brushing my teeth twice a day with an electric toothbrush, using a water

When I first started going here many years ago. I had a wonderful, personal, professional experience. Over the past year it has gone down hill horribly. I let it go on because at first it sound like they were having staffing issues where my appointment continued to be cancelled. However, my last appointment I had was today. I went and was having trouble with their touch screen check in process. The front desk lady was so rude. Would not let me know talk, instructing me to the touchscreen (that I had already been using and was not working). But then once she released this, informed me my appointment had been cancelled because I had not confirm. I showed her my conformation text and email but she let me know that was not her problem and could not help me. Never going here again.

The staff from the front desk, to the dental assistants, hygienist, and the doctor are all AMAZING!!! I felt so comfortable with everyone! I have a fear of dentist, due to a prior wreck right after seeing a dentist 3 years ago. So everyone took time with me, reassured me, and helped me! They are all the Best! Highly recommend!!

I have never been treated better than I was at the Stonecreek office in Xenia. I have severe dental anxiety because of negative past experiences. Well, there’s a young man named Christopher who talked so calmly and professionally that I nearly forgot I was nervous. Even the front desk ladies were super kind (and one of them doesn’t forget anything lol.) I never felt judged or like I was just a number. I felt like a person who was cared about. I had a very disappointing experience at this office on 9/4. I scheduled my appointment on 9/2 and provided my new insurance information in advance. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I completed the required paperwork but was informed that they could not locate my insurance. I asked them to try again, as I had only recently purchased the policy and had successfully registered it online that same morning. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was told again that they could not verify my insurance and that I would need to reschedule. During this time, I watched patients who arrived well after me be seen before I was, which only added to the frustration of the situation.
