Exam very thorough. Explained the different options for hearing aids based on exam results. Hearing aid technology improved greatly last few years while cost has decreased.

Everything was great. I was punctual. They were able to speak well with me. The staff were easy to communicate with and very easy to understand. I was very pleased with the hearing test. But the price of $4,000 a piece for each year was too much I was not able to purchase them at this time

Staff was friendly somewhat. I even tried to verify my insurance before I came and they said it was good. Get there and then I'm told they don't use that type of insurance cause it was third party to pay for the hearing aids. So they wanted me to pay 5,500. I said no. So I then tried to get my hearing exam results to go to someone that did take my insurance and they said they would fax it but never did. My new Audiologst even called twice while I was there and they still didn't fax it over, so I had to get another test done. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to pay fully out of pocket. The receptionist even said they kind of hung up on her when she called for my test. Kind of rude if you don't buy from them. Bad business!

Hearing Life of Xenia is an excellent place to get your ears checked, get hearing aids and supplies. I started losing my hearing several years ago and was referred to Hearing Life by family. I was not disappointed. And what a difference!! Excellent service, quality products. Thank you so much...

They were fantastic to work with. Very thorough exam. Explained everything in detail and responded to all of my questions. Highly recommend them.
