They do not provide good customer service. They do not call when they say they will, and they cancelled an appointment to fix a painful tooth with a root canal. The dentist called out sick and cancelled the appointment less than 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen. They are NOT professional.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Rudest person I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend to go elsewhere. He pushes unnecessary things on you. If you go here, get a second opinion before spending the money.

If I could write zero stars, I definitely would. I came here yesterday to get x-rays and see what was going on with a tooth that was causing me pain. It was my first time coming here, they accepted my insurance, so I gave them a shot. As soon as I walked in the door, the receptionist was rude to me. When I went back for x-rays, the lady that did it was really rough with the pieces as she was putting them in my mouth. She took me back to the room, and when the doctor came in, he told me I had an infection in my tooth, needed a root canal because the nerves were dead, and that I also had a cavity in another tooth that needed a filling as soon as possible. I told him that I did regular checkups with my other dentist, and that I had just gone to my other dentist in March and didn’t understand

This place is great! 11/10 Everyone is really sweet and nice. They took time to explain in detail the process of the procedures and options I had available to me. They were very respectful of my final decision for my dental health, and were extremely patient with me when I was nervous. Will definitely be returning for all of my dental needs!!!

My husband has a toothache so I called and scheduled him an appointment as a new patient for Monday 10/13. He scheduled time off work and then the morning of the appointment they called and rescheduled for Thursday 10/16. Again, this morning they called to reschedule. We will seek care elsewhere.
