Kari Husmann, FNP-C, quite literally saved my life. She really listened to my concerns and took them seriously. She knew exactly which scans and tests to order, and because of that, we caught a serious problem. She explained everything in clear, calm language and made sure I understood my options at every step. I always felt cared for as a person, not just a chart, and her kindness and thorough follow‑up helped me feel safe during an incredibly scary time. I am deeply grateful for FNP-Husmann and would recommend her to anyone who wants a provider who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring. Five stars for the doctors and office staff. They are all wonderful. The call center, however, is awful. If the doctors weren't as great as they are the call center would be enough for me to go elsewhere. But I've heard they're maybe hopefully phasing it out. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Barton in particular are exceptional. I always feel heard and respected with them. I also love that they have weekend availability because it's not always easy to just get out of work during the week. So yeah, all of that more than makes up for the amount of hair pulling I do when speaking to the call center. Seriously. They're as useless as the 'g' in lasagna. Five stars for the doctors and office staff; no stars for the call center. Not even an F for effort.
