Yeah, sorry, but I wouldn't use the word "trusted" to describe this firm. Please educate yourselves before setting foot in this place - SO many 1-star reviews are no coincidence! Here's my tale of woe: Located their N. Ridgeville location as a rare unicorn that takes my work's insurance. Set appts for all 4 family members. Was warned during scheduling "we like to get to know our patients" which equates to a 1-2 HOUR initial evaluation. Seriously? While there, we have the standard x-rays and once-over. Nothing more. Quite a letdown, but certainly a long morning, a waste of time in my opinion. 3 of us got cleanings, but my wife needed a "deep cleaning". Unfamiliar with this process, they set up 2 subsequent appts to do one half of her mouth each time. Never was there any discussi

My first appointment experience was pleasant! They were very fast and thorough. I believe Kaylee was my hygienist and I loved her. Highly recommend!

If you need anything more then a teeth cleaning, I HIGHLY highly recommend running as far and as fast as you can from this place. Absolutely unnecessary procedures done as complete hack jobs in order to create a perpetual need for additional procedures. Before you know it, a basic cavity turns into them wanting to extract not 1 but two 2 because they botched things so bad. Save your teeth and head to 'The Dental Wellness Company" in Chagrin Falls. The amount of damage, pain, & suffering McCormack Dental has cause should be criminal.
