From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk with freckles and red hair was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She made the check-in process easy and helped me feel comfortable right away. Another staff member who helped review my information — a young woman with shoulder-length curly brown hair — was very kind, patient, and thorough while asking questions and going through everything with me. I was in a lot of pain and feeling very dizzy when I arrived, and there were several staff members helping me throughout my visit. This was my first experience at health express urgent care, where i had to do my DOT physical for employment. It was a walk in appointment, I literally had a 5 min wait before getting called back in after i completed my paperwork. The staff was efficient and professional and they clearly explained each step of the process. The exam was completed in a timely manner, and all required documentation was provided without issue. Overall, the visit went smoothly and met the necessary requirements. Staff was amazing. 10 out of 10 experience hands down.

Was going out of town for several weeks. I started feeling bad on Friday and was able to get an appointment Saturday morning, and got the needed medicine right away and left for my trip feeling much better. Everyone was amazing, i was in so much pain with every breath i took, nausea, pounding headache and several other symptoms. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Kaitlin took my vitals and was very caring and professional. I needed a couple shots and Alexis was amazing, she was gentle and trying not to add to my pain. This is not always the case some are just trying to hurry and dont care if it adds to what you are already going through. Everyone was so compassionate and welcoming. My last visit to an urgent care (not here) was nothing like this and if the doctor there spent more than 1 minute with me I'd be surprised.
