I would def have to say that this place deserves 5 ⭐️s. I had such an excellent experience today at Maxim Urgent healthcare clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff is hands down truly the best🙏🏽 They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and respected throughout my entire visit. The providers as well as the staff were very knowledgeable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure the best possible quality care to offer. It is clear that patient care is their top priority. I am very grateful for the exceptional service I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality, compassionate healthcare. This place is truly the best❤️

Friendly and attentive staff! We were seen quickly and I felt that we were listened to and received quality treatment. The provider was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she gave clear instructions on care at home. Will definitely be back!

I came in to get tested for the flu. Only the flu. As soon as I felt the swab in my nose I knew something wasn't right. It stung instantly. I then knew it was the micro needles on a COVID swab. Patents prove they have them on the COVID swab.... I never asked to tested for COVID and they never asked me if I wanted to be tested for COVID.. HUGH violation...

I see they took my review down so ima put it back up like I said I had to pay 50 dollars to be told to go somewhere else and they gave me antibiotics for my situation without blood being drawn or examination for what I came there for . They are nice but they do not help . Room was dirty . There was no protection lining on the examination chair . The rooms were hot . My blood pressure was up they didn't help with that . And im from a whole different state I didn't feel comfortable or heard at all . Yall want a review here it is . And I dont like the fact that yall even getting 5 stars cause that's a lie . Yall might be nice but yall do not help. Straight up . Don't get to deleting reviews when folks telling the truth they need to shut yall down . I aint come up there to pay 50 dollars of ha

I wasn't able to see my regular doctor, so I went to this clinic. I saw Tonya Brister and she was amazing. She was very caring and took care of me much better than my doctor. I appreciate her care of me. I wish she had a practice near me because I would see her always.
