Guy's Medical Center Pharmacy

The hospice care side of the pharmacy is great. The regular part of the store- they need better front counter help. I've been waited on twice by a young woman who's people skills need sharpening. She has a very bouncy attitude and seems pleasant on the surface. I have been in the front part twice to try to find things for my mother and this same clerk has waited on me. I walked out both times without what I needed for my mother. I have worked in the public and for the public most of my adult life. Had I done my job the way this clerk does hers, I'd have been let go. Again, the hospice side, those ladies are compassionate and good at their jobs. Which is why I'm giving Guy's 4 stars. If Mr. Guy had better front help, he would get 5.

My wife normally buys the meds at our home but I ended up going in myself and I will say they were great in the store helping me. They quickly asked if they could help and did not mind spending time with me to make sure I got the supplements I needed and wanted. Mr. Guy himself spent a lot of his time educating me on what I was there for. Great experience on my end from the time I walked in until I left. Great pharmacy.

This is my regular pharmacy. I really enjoy using this pharmacy. They are fast and have great prices, they are very well stocked with their own brand of vitamins and supplements. I'm giving four stars because of two different staff members that have absolutely horrible attitudes, one in particular. Just very rude and I will literally do everything I can to avoid being waited on by her, including walking out of line and losing my place to go look at something.

Out of all the pharmacies I have used in the McComb and Summit area this pharmacy beats them all hands down. I have never seen a group of employees that are so nice and courteous. It’s not just once in a while it is every time I go in the store. Thank you Guy’s Medical Center Pharmacy for going above and beyond and making me feel welcome no matter how big of a pain in the rear I am. Keep up the good work. Keith is lucky to have a group like you.
