Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - McComb - MS

I give this place zero stars if I can . I went up here thinking this was a primary care clinic to get check out . The check in process was quick but they dont weight you ,they dont draw blood ,they dont make you pee in the cup . They ask you your weight and if you dont know its a guesstimation . They only take blood pressure ,temperature. They dont examine you in the examine rooms . The rooms are empty and dirty . No handwashing stations ,no protection paper on the examine bed . No toxin trash for needles to go in . No gloves in there no anything . The rooms are very small and closed in no air vents in there. Extremely suffocating in there . They didn't examine my issue . I basically explained my issue they never looked at it . They just prescribed me antibiotics and told me about some ot

I understand the paperwork, but why the heck does the patient have to wait to see the doctor until after the paperwork is done? It never is a quick minute to fill all that out and then they wait to verify your insurance. Why do you have to verify it if I hand you a card with a very current date. Not ALL people are bad!!!! I was hurting with a UTI. I had to fill out all the paperwork, have insurance verified and I finally got to pee so they could tell me I had a UTI and send me to a pharmacy to wait 30/40 minutes to pick up my prescription. All that took almost 2 hours!! I guess you have to be having a heart attack to be seen quickly but then you would have to go to a hospital ER. THIS WAS NOT A QUICK CARE FACILITY AND NONE OF THE OTHERS ARE EITHER. And what bites my butt is everyone is so

I usually never write reviews but this place was horrendous from the start. MAYBE two other cars in the parking lot. We walk in and there’s no receptionist at the front and the place looks closed. Waited patiently for about 10 minutes then (not yelling) say “is there anyone checking people in?” And a nurse runs out to yell at me “baby we’re busy you’re gonna have to wait” and then another nurse walks about.. busy huh but now you’ve all came up there to talk down to me for just needing service. They didn’t even get my name before telling me “just so you know we’ll send you to the hospital if we feel we need to” like okay? Positive experience. Professional staff. Wait was longer than expected but it was the day after Christmas. I was fortunate to be seen within hour of arrival. I provided samples and was told I would get results 24-48 hours. I received one of the results within 24 hours.Dr prescribed medicine for suspected infection.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped with our problem and diagnosed something we did not expect. Very thankful for their treatment and skill.
