Maxem Health Urgent Care

My son was sick one night and my husband found this location since it was nearby, we figured we'd give it a try. I'm so happy he did! The entire staff is wonderful and Hang is a phenomenal provider. Having three kids, we've been in several times for ourselves and the kids in just a few months and each time has been wonderful. The team clearly care about their patients, everyone listens to your concerns and the facility is always clean. Thank yall for being there

They always listen with respect and don't judge. They get you in and out as quick as they can without making you feel like you're not worth their time. They are there to help you heal. I got my prescription filled and my appointment over with in less that 2 hours. No waiting days for the meds to go in and no hassle. Thank you so much to this wonderful stuff. 100/10 will recommend.

The doctor doesn’t diagnose right. I came here on Thursday, 3/5/26, because I wasn’t feeling well at all. I had a cough, sore throat, headaches, and felt very weak. The doctor told me it was just a cold, but I knew something wasn’t right because I felt extremely sick. Overnight my symptoms got worse. I started having new symptoms like body aches, no appetite, and I couldn’t get proper rest. By early in the morning on 3/7/26, I couldn’t take it anymore and went to the hospital. They tested me and confirmed that I actually had the flu, which explains why I felt so sick. This wasn’t the first time she did this.

I would give more stars if I could Always a great experience. Staff is nice and easy to work with. Doctor does great work and she’s not afraid to treat what ever ills you. They call in prescription right away.

Dr. Nguyen is fantastic and very thorough! We really love how she interacts with the kids. Her and her staff also get the scripts right over to the pharmacy as quickly as possible!
