Love these guys. Wouldn't go anywhere else
Went in for insulin syringes and was borderline harassed about whether I might be using them for illicit drugs. I explained my need, but the questioning continued in a way that felt judgmental and unnecessary. It rubbed me the wrong way, though I do understand wanting to avoid enabling drug abuse in the community. Still, there’s a way to handle things with more respect.
Love this place. People are so friendly and the store is so cute. Has all sorts of really cute gifts.
I have been going to Back Bay Pharmacy for a while now. I have known Mr. Ted for quite a while and he is a sweet man. His customer service is excellent and he does everything he can to take good care of his customers. Would recommend them to anyone. I prefer small family owned businesses to chain stores and I don't take a lot of medication but what I am prescribed always goes through Back Bay Pharmacy.
Excellent pharmacy! Mr. Ted , the pharmacist is wonderful. He takes his time , is very knowledgeable, and makes a genuine effort to make sure his customers are taken care of. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very kind. Definitely 5 stars.
