Mauro Salandanan Ganzon

I "use" to absolutely love dr ganzon. Was the best dr my wife and I have ever seen. His office staff and their excuses are beyond ridiculous. They were horrible when it was wise health systems. Even worse now that it's premier independent physicians. I arrived 10 minutes before my appt. Arrived at 4:20 for a an appt at 4:30. They then tell me I should have arrived at 4, for my 430 appt and they couldn't see me I would need to reschedule, which would be weeks out. I asked to speak with dr ganzon as this should have been a less than 5 minute office visit, just a followup for prescription refills. He wouldn't come out to see me, I even waited between his patients. Pretty sad as we thought we were going to be using dr ganzon for the rest of our time. I'm so disappointed, now the search for a n
