I called on Monday to see if they were accepting new patients & had to leave a voicemail. On Wednesday, someone texted & asked if I’d like to make an appointment. I responded “yes please” & have not heard back since. I even sent a follow-up text on Friday morning & still received no reply. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication & overall customer service. I haven’t even been able to schedule an appointment because I can’t seem to connect with the front office staff. First impressions matter & unfortunately this has not been a good experience.

I brought my little girl here and they did an amazing job with her. The dentist was great with her as well as the assistants. We will for sure come back for our cleanings. So glad we have a great little place so close to home.

Wow super delightful group of young ladies here... They are all respectful, pleasant, and very courteous! Beautiful job ladies !

As much as we wanted to like this place it was a huge disappointment. THE only friendly ppl were the front desk staff. The dentist was unprofessional, didn’t smile once (I even smiled directly at her to see if she would respond), acted as if she was doing us a favor by simply being there, didn’t explain what the issue was with my daughter’s mouth, unfriendly and rough when examining. Along with her young daughter’s LOUD play room behind the front desk I would not recommend this office.

Everything was outstanding. From the time we walked through the door they made us feel at home. This was the first time taking my daughter to see a dentist and we couldn't have picked a better place. They kept her comfortable and did such an outstanding job on her first procedure that she couldn't wait to go back for her second. The staff is super nice and caring especially for the children. I will recommend boyd family dentistry to all my family and friends!(we only saw a few reviews here on Google but if you go to their Facebook page you will see alot more!)
