Dr Davila and her staff are AMAZING. I have periodontal disease and came here to get a second opinion regarding treatment options. I’m so glad I did, her recommendations were far and away better than the alternatives I was given prior. I also greatly appreciate her dedication to veterans! As a vet using the VA healthcare system for these services, I am so appreciative. Anyone who has had to deal with the VA understands it’s a long and tedious process. I can’t sing their praises loud enough!

If you are a veteran stay clear of this office. They are only in it for the money from the VA. I spoke to the VA and the VA is investigating this office because they don't follow the rules of the VA. They never turn in any x-rays or paperwork on the veterans. They will make veterans pay out of pocket for things the VA will cover. They are rude! They make veterans sit waiting for over an hour for their appointment. The reason why people complain so much about waiting is they stack so many patients because the dentist is only concerned with the all mighty dollar. The people at the front desk are extremely lazy and rude. You have been warned, stay clear away from this place. The VA will send you to a real dentist if you contact them.

The first time we came here, we left 20 minutes after our appointment times and we hadn’t been called at all. We had just signed the form saying that if we were 15 minutes late for an appointment they would have to cancel and reschedule, so we kept the same requirement. We did try them again with much better results. It is a very modern clinic, and, quite frankly, unexpected for a town as small as Boyd. Update: Came back for our 3rd visit, and we finally got called back an hour after the appointment time… AN HOUR. When I asked about when is a time that we can schedule to be seen on time, the guy at the front desk shrugged and said, “It’s not something we can control, we have a full schedule.”

We have given them 3 chances. They make you sign a form stating you will be charged if you arrive late. But they will make you wait minimum of an hour and a half after your appointment time, before you see anyone. Last visit we spoke to the dentist about it and was told to call beforehand to see if they are on time. So today I called and was told she was on time, this was 20 minutes before my appointment time. I arrived on time, sat the waiting room for 40 minutes. Then went up and asked front desk staff how long it was going to be, they couldn't give me a time. I then asked why I was told they were running on time, if they were not. Front desk staff claimed they were on time an hour ago I find that very hard to believe because the waiting room had 3 patients in there when we arrived. T

I normally detest and hate going to the dentist. This is the first and only dentist that I have legitemately enjoyed. I have recommended them to my family and friends as they have provided a caring and pleasant treatment for my issues. I have terrible gag issues and sensitive teeth and the team here are attentive and take the time to address my issues in a respectful manner. As a plus to all veterans, they do take tricare!
