Fantastic experience with Dr. Matthew Kolek! He was referred by my brother (a 30+ year practicing physician), and he exceeded all expectations. Dr. Kolek is honest, upfront, and takes the time to actually educate his patients rather than rushing them. The entire staff is top-notch. I met his assistants, Kelsey and Joshua, who were incredibly responsive whenever I called or emailed with questions. I also want to give a special thank you to Nurse Polovna, who was unbelievably attentive to me in recovery after the procedure—you are a gift! Thank you everyone for your care, kindness, and compassion. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

Excellent doctor. Impossible to reach staff for follow-up, appointments, etc. Phone calls are NEVER answered by a live person. Voicemails may or may not (usually not) be returned…but definitely not the same day if they are. A general inquiry at the Group’s contact page asking if there is a patient portal has never been answered.

The office staff, Jenny. told my son "never come back," when he refuses to sign her insurance waiver. Denial of care is against the law unless it's written by the Dr. I will be filling an ethics complaint. Very shady.
