My family of four have been going to Dr. Edwards for several years now. We’ve had cavities filled, cracked teeth fixed, regular check ups and cleanings. We’ve never felt upsold or rushed. He and his assistants are thorough in their explanations, and before treatment Dr. Edwards always explored all therapeutic options with us. One of my tooth fillings from another dentist fell out more than once, and the tooth cracked upon attempt at refilling. I switched dental care to Dr. Edwards who took care of it and I’ve not had a problem since. The office is always clean and well organized. Front desk staff efficient and friendly. I’ve never had to wait long. This practice consistently delivers great service! So glad I found it!

BEST DENTIST IN NYC, hands down! Dr. Edwards has been my dentist for the last 5 years. He has a light hand and makes the dental experience much less intimidating. In addition, the staff is well trained and the hygienists have a light hand while performing cleanings. They ask how you’re doing and have an overall perfect bedside manner. Excellent office with exceptional dentist and staff. Thorough and efficient and wait time is minimal with appt. of course.

Title: A Nightmare Experience: Stay Far Away from Dr. Edwards I had a harrowing experience at Dr. Edwards' dental office that left me traumatized and in need of urgent intervention. What was supposed to be a routine procedure turned into a nightmare, costing me not just financially, but also my trust in dentistry. Dr. Edwards, along with an incredibly incompetent aide, attempted to extract a molar from my mouth. However, the procedure was rushed, and the anesthesia was poorly administered. As a result, my tooth was broken, with half of it left embedded in my gums, causing excruciating pain and potential long-term damage. Dr. Edward’s was amazing and took good care of my fiancé. However, while I was waiting for him in the waiting room one of the front desk assistants asked me if I was pregnant. It was so rude and inappropriate because I’m not pregnant. People should be mindful of these x comments.

Been seeing Dr. Edward’s for several years, him and his staff are excellent and friendly. I’m also a pretty cool patient so that helps.
