Working with Erwin has been a joy. He’s completely changed how I think about training, injury recovery, and long-term injury prevention. I started working with him to recover from an injury and to build strength and resilience so I’d be less likely to get hurt again. Over the past two years, he’s helped me return safely from injuries while also making my training feel a lot more sustainable overall. Along the way, I ended up discovering a love of lifting, and went from not really knowing how to deadlift to feeling comfortable with all the major lifts. What stands out most is how thoughtfully Erwin has adapted his coaching to my main sport, climbing. These first 4-5 weeks with Erwin have been incredible. I’m excited to continuing working with him and seeing where I can take my athletic performance. In just this short amount of time, I’ve already broken through barriers that I did not feel was possible.

Erwin is absolutely the best trainer ever! He really went above and beyond for me, with regular check ups and a program that was challenging and exactly what I wanted AND needed.
