Good care, however the patient rooms are in need of a deep cleaning or remodel. Once you get a room and wait for your doctor looking around the room is not recommended, doesn't look clean or in good repair.

My daughter has been struggling with a respiratory illness for a couple of weeks. Having already completed a course of antibiotics from her primary care we were distressed to find her to be very febrile and with a worsening cough on Saturday morning. We made the decision to go to this Urgent Care Center and I am incredibly glad that we did. All the staff was friendly and responsive. We we were able to be seen and get diagnostics promptly. We ended up struggling to find a good prescription that was also available in the area. This is where I have to specifically thank Nurse Sheri and Vaughn, the NP. I ended up having to have several conversations with both of them and our local pharmacies and in the end, as closing time was approaching, they took the time to communicate directly with the ph

From the registrar, to the intake nurse, to the P.A., I met the most kind and personable people. I was there on Sunday, 1/4/26, and saw PA Hernandez. She was wonderful and we left feeling that we just received excellent care.

We came to the urgent care with pink eye. The front desk staff told me I have to check in both of the kids so I had to pay co-pays for both children. My baby did not even wake up during the visit, she was not looked at by the doctor or the medical assistent at all. Now I received additional bill for the visit. For what? I feel totally scammed.

Have been coming here when needed for over 10yrs. I have always felt heard, respected, & was pleased with the care we received every time. Todays visit i came for my sister she tried to get in with her doctor but they were booked out till 25 at the end of the month. And so we were happy with our care and treatment
