MasterMed Medical Center

We visited Mastermed Medical Center for immigration exams and had a terrible experience. When we showed our up-to-date vaccine records (which are fully documented in the Florida health database), the woman at the front desk, a middle-aged, insisted that all our vaccines needed to be redone! Completely absurd and unnecessary. When we asked to speak with the doctor to clarify, she rudely told us the doctor had “no time to waste.” This place felt more focused on pushing unnecessary procedures than providing honest care. Be very careful with centers like this, they can be dangerous. We will not be returning.

I visited this institution to do my medical for immigration purposes and I am very impressed with the level of customer service, professionalism, assistance, knowledge, warmth and friendliness. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and understand what is required/expected and what needs to be done. If I could give this institution 100 stars I would. To all my Caribbean people out there this is the place to come, you will not be disappointed.
