Massage Vigor

I had an amazing experience today at Massage Vigor! I’m usually someone who never gets massages, but I received a Christmas gift and decided to try this place—and it made me feel so good. The massage was excellent and very professional. The pricing is also very reasonable, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. I went for a couples massage for my husband and me. At checkout, I was charged an extra $10 transaction fee that was NEVER disclosed beforehand and there was no sign posted anywhere stating this fee. That alone is unacceptable. It got worse. Both massage therapists demanded a larger tip, saying “What? We need at least $20 each.” I was stunned. Tipping is NOT mandatory, and pressuring clients for money is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Being confronted and guilt tripped for a tip after already paying full price ruined the entire experience. I stopped in here for a 30 min massage on 10/9, and the massage itself was actually pretty good. But here's where it gets weird. On the menu at the front, a 30 min massage is $50. At some point during the massage, the lady tapped me on my shoulder and asks if I want this "healing cream", making the massage $70. She didn't explain anything else about the cream except that "it tingles". Whatever, I got the cream. At the end of the massage, she says, "all finish, you pay 90," up from the 70 she told me earlier. I immediately objected, and told her I'm not paying $90 for a 30 minute massage. I gave her $80 (expecting change because I read these reviews and the "owner" has even addressed this behavior in these reviews, so maybe it's been corrected). I got a very good X’mas gift from my husband that was the massage Vigor service today. They offered a very good massage service. It was very comfortable they made me so relaxed, and the price was reasonable. The staff was so professional and they were very nice to the customer.

I received a solid massage without having an appointment on a busy night. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I prefer something a litlte more quiet without hearing people in the room next to me, hallway traffic, or entrance bells jingling, but the massage itself was very good- actually much better than i was expecting. It was professional and the girls working there were very nice. I would recommend giving it a try.
