Ely was a great masseuse! She was both very professional and very knowledgable. I came with a lot of tightness from strength training and mobility work, and she was able to target and loosen up areas that had built up tension over time. It was a great reset to bring my body back to a more balanced base!

Ely helped me recover from an intense dance week. She released all my tension, including tricky spots like my iliopsoas which tends to guard and gets very tight. I noticed greater range of motion the next day. Ely is a trained PT and has a lot of anatomical knowledge, plus she’s patient and great at listening to their clients’ needs. Highly recommend working with her!

Ely is an excellent sports therapist. I have been in before major races or during hard training stints - she is patient and thorough in addressing problem areas that have built up, so I walk out feeling flexible and healed. Her space is comfortable and professional. My go-to for sports massage.
