Massage Therapy by Trudie Harris

Trudie is amazing! My mother was having problems with her neck and shoulders. It was difficult for her to move her head from left to right. She did a massage session with Trudie. In short, my mother regain her ability to move her head. Her shoulder pain was gone. Within 2 hours, my mom was her old self again. Very professional and educated massage therapist in all areas of full body massage, stretches, along with stretches needed from having had surgery recovery from knee replacements, frozen shoulders and rotator cuff and 35 yrs fibromyalgia! Trudie is fantastic. She has a very nice set up inside of her home. She made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond. I chose to try reflexology and it was very enjoyable. I am a massage therapist and I recommend her as she is very knowledgeable.

I was impressed by the knowledge and skill that Trudie Harris has for massage therapy. She asked me what my medical history was and where I felt that I needed relief. I have had serious back pain since I crushed L1 and had it replaced by a titanium basket. After her massage I felt my muscles were eased and very relaxed. 10/10 best massage I've ever had! Trudie was very knowledgeable and taught me many stretches & ways to take care of my body. The atmosphere is very calming and her services were extremely thorough & unrushed. I will definitely be back and recommend any chance I get!
